When I lived in Oxford 2 years ago, I found this on a street post, ripped it off and have lost it since then.  I read it out loud to my friend Ted in this theatrical tone of voice and then we argued over who would keep it.
This quote has always stuck with me because it’s 100% accurate - Fear is the number 1 killer because then you never really live your life before you die if you’re always afraid of something.
So here’s a nice reminder to myself - and to all of you - to do all the things you fear while you still can and to keep living life to the maximum potential. Who knows what could happen if you do all the things you’re afraid of.
